Important Notice

Before completing the steps listed below, we will need to ensure Automatic Updates is set to:

“Notify me but don’t automatically download or install them”

Please complete the steps below to ensure these updates are not installed:

1. Select Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select Add or Remove Programs
4. Select Show updates (if available with your PC operating system)
5. The following updates for Microsoft .NET Framework, have recently been released and have known compatibility issues with this application. Please verify your system does not have the following updates installed:
• Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 (KB928365)
• Hotfix for Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 (KB922981)

(If the above updates have been instaleld, we will first need to remove these updates before installing this application.)

After a successful install, you may notice the PC/Laptop has found available updates. Please complete the following to ensure these updates are not reinstalled:

1. Double click the Windows update notification (it’s shaped like a yellow shield and can be seen in taskbar located in lower right corner of PC/Laptop)
2. Select Custom Install
3. Uncheck the updates listed above
4. Select the OK button
5. Select Check box "Don't notify me about these updates again"
6. Select the OK button

After all steps have been completed and application is working properly, It is then ok to set Automatic updates back to previous settings.
