“Today was one of those days. Came in this morning, fired up the computer, and blew up the hard drive. I have used your services in the past so I called and talked to Eric. His suggestion was to replace the hard drive or buy a new computer, have your company reinstall Microsoft RMS, configure the hardware and I’m good to go. Went to Fry’s looking for a Windows 7 based computer, can’t buy them anymore. Since the assistant manager is a customer of our store, Coyote Hobby in Oregon City, I had him build me a new computer. Got back to the store, set it up, and called your company back, talked to a girl and she said there may not be a level two tech to do the install today. I said, please, pretty please… About 30 minutes later I got a call from your Benjamin Kohen and he dove right in and took charge. Wow, this guy is good. Not sure how long it took but by 4:30 PM we were 100% operational and I was happy, very happy. The stress of the entire day was gone. Ben’s technical skills are exceptional but even more important to me his communication skills are even better. I used to use a company for this type of work called Digital Retail Solutions. They were technically O.K. but they had no communication skills, that’s important to me. Thank you for having people on your staff that are as talented as Ben.
